Mode Gakuen Cocoon tower

This tower is build for a design school called "Mode gakuen", and placed in Shinjuku.
 This design was by Tange Associates.
The cocoon is a symbol for growing young students, and the shape is very futuristic.
I want to visit inside, but is it possible???
